There is one in the FS section now for $150, and I paid $150 for mine.

What are the other mods to the car?

The prices are definatley cheaper than an ls6,& for fi u will see improvments ask traci @ rev extreme about going to an ls2 ,ur gonna need a map sensor harness that will now plug into the front instead of the back & ur gonna need an ls2 fuel rail, also the ls1 injectors are longer than the ls2 injectors ,,kateck makes an adapter for this problem,I have been there done that,pm me if I can help u in anyway

Personally I'd stay with the LS6 manifold - I don't see much of an improvement over the LS6!

As FSUFORVER stated there will be additional harnesses needed - especially the Injector Harness from LS1 to the EV6

Thanks,Matt

The LS6 manifold is actually better than the LS2 manifold. Personally, I think the LS2 manifold sucks.. I wouldnt waste my money unless it was CHEAP..

I guess everyone has there own opinion,I know that traci @ rev pulled an ls6 off a charged car & put an ls2 on put it on the dyno & gained respectable #s out of the ls2,if. I am not mistaken the tb on the ls2 is how much bigger than ur ls6 tb,o that's not saying bigger is better ,but if I. Remember correctly that's definatley helping ur motor breath ,for my 402 it is, call traci he's a straight shooter & a standup guy 1 941 753 5255. Sales@revxtreme.com, ask someone who's done it

I've read where the manifolds are close until you get in the upper RPM's and the LS6 takes it. I've also read where a ported LS2 will make up that loss and then some. Never seen a comparision on a F/I car, but I can tell you that I'm quite happy with mine.

Take a look at the huge gains we saw from swapping out an LS2 intake on this engine to a FAST 92mm. Bob
