Looking at Stainless' drawning he has it the other way, but I don't know if that's just how he ended up drawing it or not.
I found a picture of the orifice opening of the venturi block for the passenger tank and the opening is very small. A couple hundreths of an inch.
I may have to machine an adapter with a small opening if I can't get one from RSI

I was going to run two -6an lines from each pump but was told that if one pump goes bad then you could be in trouble. This was what I was told combine them at some point in case of a failed pump, wiring, one weaker then the other, ect.
Out of the the RSI fuel hat I have a -6 coming off each pump. One of the the lines has the siphon that goes over to the other tanks hat (I replaced all the fuel lines with -an lines) then back out to the drivers side tanks RSI hat. The two -6s run to y to a single -8 all the way to the front where it y's into two -8 lines to the back of the rails. Also Will told me that the check valve needs to go before the venturi block because fuel leaks back to the other tank.
Is the -8an line to small? I spoke to Will at RSI and he told me that this would be ok to step up. Maybe Will can step in and help out!

Did Will tell you to combine the pumps into one line or someone else?

We ran the dual -6 lines into Y and then a single -10 forward to the rails. Works perfectly. We installed the check valve after the Y-block in the -10 line. Car always fires on the first turn.

mines that way but -8an. Do you think I need a -10an line instead of a -8an?

For the tanks transfer line. Just a normal GM male fuel line fitting to convert to 6AN is all you need?
I am going to combine the 2 6AN outputs into 1 8AN main line which will then split right before the back of the fuel rails. 8AN should be fine.

But if you do this your going to be using a hose clamp to hold that plastic POS fitting to your -6 line, unless your referring to some other kind of factory connector that is availabe that im unaware of. RSI can supply you with some VERY nice -6an to factory quick connect fittings for a minimal price. I looked for another route that didnt look questionable, didnt find one!

The way i designed this system runs 2 -6 lines off the hat into one -8 line , that way if for some reason one of the pumps fail there is still a single 255 running the system and also that way one of the fuel rails dosnt starve .
A -8 check valve should be placed at the "Y" going into the -8 line to keep as much fuel in the main lines as possable , or 2x -6 check valves can be placed close to the hat .
I used one -8 check valve and only had to turn the key twice if the car sat over night , once to prime the system for 2 seconds and once to start the car .
