OK couple questions. I am doing the swap now have old parts out ready to install auto parts. Does anybody have the wiring diagrams for the additional auto connector by the battery? And my car is a 99 but my auto harness is a 04, will this harness work for me?

I never changed the brake pedal, and don't plan to. The skinny brake pedal suits me fine. Less work if you ever swap back too.

Did you remove the clutch pedal?

Yes, 3 bolts are a pain. Taking the driver seat out would make it easier to work under there. Otherwise you'll be running around like this.

I removed the seat and it's still a PITA. Hopefully this is the hardest part All the parts minus the 4L60e will be in Monday. Hopefully I can knock it out in a few days then wait until I save up for the RPM 4L60e.

Here is the wiring schematic I made for the swap I did.

PLEASE NOTE

This was for a 2002 trans set up going into a 2001 Z06.

It may - or MAY NOT work for your application...

Cool! I got a plastic disc from the hardware store, used to stick on a wall and protect from door ****. Installed with silicone.

I found something that might just work. It's a 2" plug that can open for wires. Looks like something on a desk. If I had the clutch out sooner it would've made running all my wires much easier.

FYI for anybody doing this, i just talked to rpm transmissions and the bracket for the shifter cable is on backorder and has been for a while. And the first person i spoke with didn't know about the jumper harness from the transmission harness to the pcm. When i called back i spoke with someone else and they knew what i was looking for. The jumper harness is 250 plus 10 shipping. A little steep in my opinion but you gotta have it. Total in my swap is 750. But i have a 2004 auto harness to sell that will offset it about 100 or so.

Do what I'm doing and get a stand alone for the transmission. Oh, I just went to work to pick up my stuff.

Still need Level 6 4L60e, plate, oring and gasket.
