So where are you located at and how long would the install take? Would also want boost and pressure haves along with a Dewitts cut down radiator.
Tks

From a bone stock LS1, what are the typical HP gains you see from your installs? Do you offer a cam package as well. Are headers absolutely required to see reasonable HP gains for the costs of the kit and install? Thanks

I have installed these kits on stock LS1's and they are in the 530-550rwhp range on 10psi. We do offer cam packages and headers offer nice improvemets as well. With the cam, blower and headers....that puts you north of 630 rwhp on a LS1. Also, you will need to consider a clutch to handle the additional power.

What would the estimated total cost be for headers, sc, clutch, mild cam or whatever you need to do to my motor to make it hold up? My 2000 C5has the Borla cat back and stock LS1 with 107k on it. I love my car but need to go faster. pm me if you like?

Depends on what headers, they range on cost, clutch will be anywhere from 1500 to 2000 or more installed depending on clutch, cam and all the supplies needed to get the valvtrain for the blower installed will be be around 2k. But becareful adding cam and headers to that kit even the lowest psi pulley the car will make in the 600's to the wheel you will have to ask around on guys with blowers making that much with a higher miles motor.
Post up whatever you decide on after the vendor gives you a price

With the LS1, I would stay 600 rwhp or less to have the greater chance of reliability. With the A&A Kit, that should put you around 520 rwhp and with headers, 550 rwhp is expected. At these power levels, the clutch will need upgraded and the LS7 clutch is a good option. If you add a blower cam, that can get you in 630+ rwhp on stock 241 heads (10.1:1 Compression).

Sounds good. I would love to be north of 600 rwhp and maintain reliability. Shoot me an estimate for the whole package and how long it will take to build. I'm thinking of a road trip to visit some friends in SA while i wait. Can that be done?

Hi Brian,
Im very interested in this set up for my 07 Z06, few questions tho. The car already has all the small stuff, headers, X-Pipe, msd wires and 180* stat. What kind of gains can i expect? I would like to get to at least 700rwhp if possible? Here's the kicker tho, the car is my daily driver so i need it to keep its street manners and be reliable.

Id like the set up as is no modifications however if i.could id like to.get the boost gauges on the side pillar like most have. Im im Houston so getting you the car is no problem just let me know what you can do for me
Thanks, Joe
