Default WHat does a stock balancer look like after 4500 procharged miles? Pics inside




Inside has a bunch of tears already, hard to get on camera.


Needless to say but glad to be upgrading to a IW OD balancer with the new Direct Drive.

Yep seen it many times and most of them are stock vettes. I see stock vettes come in with a good balancer pulley wobble quite often too.

IW Balancers are not cheap, is there anyone else that makes a good balancer for less?

I had that one, it is SFI rated but still had the rubber ring but clamped in w a big c clip. It is also in the OD size only made for a Fbody. Just sent it back today. ANd ordered a IWOD balancer FIgured do it once do it right and had to learn this once again.

I have mine off right now with 10k Vortech'd miles and its perfectly fine! Those prochargers just annihilate belts/balancers/pullies it seems like. Every procharger guy I know is always having problems.

Not cheap but you don't want to have one come apart on you. It's Miney well spent.
