Another bad azz Billy Briggs build
Billy is building some of the nastiest stuff out there, here are some pics of my build. I am glad I switched my rods to the billet pieces, they are good for 2500 rwhp...I am building an LS2 402, wiesco pistons, callies crank, callies I beam billet rods. Billy pinned the mains and assembled the long block for me. He likes the best parts out there for a reason!!! He actually made my day when he told me the bearings I supplied didn't meet his specs!! The pics aint co-operating for me cause I am trying to make em bigger.....

you aint kidding, I am running a Paxton supercharger with a flip drive and a lonnie twin pumper....Arun took some jam out of the build because I initially made 896 rwhp with only 16 lbs of boost. The only thing I switched was the c6 manifolds, and picked up 25 rwhp over my kooks!!!

just to enjoy it, the last motor lasted me six years and 50-60 plus passes at the track....but when these motors go pop it aint cheap!!!
I just want to duplicate the jam and try and keep it in one piece.
when I hit 150.4 mph my short was only 1.81, my track time has been really limited the last couple of years, but with a decent driver it will go 9's no problem. Whats amazing is on the street at 160 mph you can feel the tires spinning!!! not exactly the kind of jam for bench racers!!! I was at the track with my custom drag pack on the car, 14" wide 28" tall hooziers, with just a splash of race gas!!!

I was running kooks 1 7/8" headers, the c6 pipes are champ!! Arun couldn't believe the jam I picked up with them...the torque went down a bit though, I lost 25 lbs of torque and pu 25 rwhp. I have no idea if that's gonna change much for me at the track.

Seems legit. Going to take my headers off this weekend and try this out. I have also heard from a reliable source "internet" That if i take out my 1000cc injectors and switch them to smaller 80lbers that they take up less room in the intake runner and you can see as much as a 30cfm gain in flow.

Its well know.. or should be you don't have to have headers on a blower car to make great power.. but it starts to limit your ability to run more timing on the top end..
My question still remains though.. what is he going accomplished by some crazy built motor when he only ran 10.1 at 150?? Too many people go crazy on built motors without ever having the need for it..
Also, aint no way i would give up 25 tq to get 25hp...aint no freaking way!!

I was thinking his cam was awful. Then there is the tuner and dyno factor, the numbers could be fudged. Either way someone that sticks a 2500hp billet rod in a stock aluminum block isn't going to be giving us any answers.

25 ft lbs of torque vs 25 rear wheel hp....I know torque is fun....but the car is so quiet now....and I can still crank it up when I change to the 80 lb injectors. I may hit 925 rear wheel and get the torque back....not too sure though....

I'm surprised you made 900rwhp with 60lbs injectors...must've been spraying a lot of meth. I would suggest you go straight to ID1000's they have become the standard in high hp builds.

I didn't make 900 rwhp....but I did make 875 rwhp and 775 rwtq.....my old numbers were 846 rwhp and 796 torque...those were the exact numbers. The timing was turned down to keep it safe! but at some point I will probably crank it up...The other factor here was how quiet the car is now at low rpm's. I don't mind losing a little bit of jam!!! By the way your et is 3/100's better than me....we gotta try and catch up to Boostmaster....we got our work cut out for ourselves!!!
