Saw this listing and immediately thought of Arun.

Wrong year (2001) for electron blue, no motor, drivetrain, or exhaust. Lots of go fast goodies included. Hood is different, no BSMs.
I know I'm probably making something out of nothing, but it seemed too relevant to let slide by.

I would have the RCMP check with the guys that did the theft around the same time from the dealership

Sounds like an organized ring of car thief's.

We will keep an eye out
Just wanted to show some support. I used to have to worry all the time about people steeling parts and cars from our house and know the feeling......its like you have personally been violated.
Your car was inspiring to me when I first decided to go forced induction. I'm so sorry for the loss and lets hope that it resolves itself in the end. Just as the other posts and this one indicates, we all will help in any way we can.
Look at the bright side, at least its just a car and no one is hurt.
Best

Sorry to hear about such a tragedy. I had a custom car stolen once that would stand out like a sore thumb if they took it on the main road. The thieves took it a few blocks away from my place and took what they could that would not be easily tracked.
Considering how well known your car is, you might try searching close by. These a$$hats might have done the same thing.

I know that sometimes speculating isn't accurate, and I am sure that you have been thinking of a million possible scenarios of who and how and where, but I do think ideas like this can help.
We are a forum community and the shared pool of ideas helps.
Likely Robber Mentality
1. The robbers had a small window of time that was not even certain or fixed (luck unlikely)
2. Your area is remote/small community(making more unlikely that robbers by chance picked this window)
3. The car is so well known that the outright sale of the car would be too risky; as would some of the identifiable items; and shipping could be risky given you have reported it as stolen
4. The car and trailer are big items and the robbers would probable not leave them outside regardless of where they are; too risky
Therefore
1. Whoever did this more likely than not lived near to you where they could observe this "chance moment"
2. If they lived near by they would more likely than not keep the car near to reduce the time they were transporting and decrease the risk of getting caught
3. The car (and/or trailer) could be in warehouse or enclosed area of some sorts as opposed to in an open area
I just hope that something/anything helps you

Hate to hear this Arun. Good luck to finding it, super cool car! I can appreciate the amount of work that goes into a project like that and the heartache you must be going through.
BTW, wasn't that your old engine combo (402/TFS 245's)? I had thought you moved to a 365" LSA headed combo?
Hopefully something surfaces, sounds like the news is put out there. Going to make it tough for the thieves to do much with it. I would look closely into 'friends/business contacts' as well. I have been down this road, and unfortunately the ones that know the most about you unfortunately may know some lowlife scumbags that can do this sort of thing. They could unknowingly provide the details these lowlifes need to pull this sort of thing off.
