when was the last time you saw a stroker that wasn't a complete drag car turn anything above 6k or even 6500?? Big Daddy shifts a 7600 and that simply because my blowers already over spinning.. rpms are everything

Until my current engine, my previous were 4" stroke, and in no way whatsoever a drag car, and had no issues using 7k on a regular basis.
You'd need to excel yourself to build a LS motor not capable of making power beyond 6k.

Doug is right but the question I have is: If I had a engine tuned to its peak on meth, then removed that system and installed a water only system, then retune to its peak with that system. How much power would you loose? Without question power will be less but how much less?

But it would require a proper water injection system, where actual flow can be controlled based on needs and demand.
Almost all standalone systems currently available ( with the exception of some of Aquamists ) just dump liquid in based on some other load based variable.
ie boost, rpm, airflow.
That is fine albeit slightly crude up to a point. We dont inject fuel this way, and for optimal WI, water should not be injected in a 1 dimensional manner
