Default Lethal Performance Scrappy Doo Ver 1.0 Turbo kit

So the time has come to sink our teeth into building another turbo kit. This time Scrappy Doo will get a PT8891 with journal bearings. We will be building this kit 100% in house with our great tech/fab man Jack (I can do anything) Hatler

Lethal Performance C5 Single turbo kit
Tial waste gate 60mm
Tial BOV
TSP 418
Lethal Performance Turbo ratchet cam (Pending Ty's piggy bank)
AMS 1000 for boost control
Relocation of expansion tank
Batt relocation
And all the misc items needed to make it work

Here is Scrappy getting dropped off at the shop stripped of it's ECS Novi kit which is going on another Lethal C5

So we started off by ordering the turbo. Here she is sitting by a PTE 76. PTE 8891. Twin 76 Z06 project to follow

Then we started working on fabing the drivers side header the other night and we are happy with the result and over time will we become better with each kit we are building. Here are some pics and as progress goes we will update the thread. HP goal is 1100 RWHP but maybe pushed farther

I would say yes once jigs are made and the Lethal team is happy with the product. Progress will be in full force as there are allready 5 cars to do turbo's on. TY's car C5 , Two C6 Z06's with twin 76's/Pro efi and a certain ZR1 lol. So life after the holidays will be very busy.

Awesome!

Any insight to where you're mounting the turbo? I guess secretly I have wanted to see a big single stuck in the factory battery location... How are you clearing the drivers side pipe? Power steering, abs relo?

Itll be air to air ..I dont like liquid to air for driving around on the street..turbo will be somewhat where a blower is mounted but pushed fwd and probably angled,

Theres a blue vette on YouTube with the battery located turbo..not a big fan of that personally lol

You'll see lol and ps and abs should be ok where they are, updates will show otherwise if something changes

Interesting.. I'll have to see if I can find it later tonight on youtube. I guess it just looked like a nice open place when I relocated my battery.

Looking forward to the build man. Is there a goal for completion date?

Very nice the hot side is looking hot
Best of luck Ty and Lethal Crew I'm sure we're going to see another 1000+rwhp beast.

Will it be ready for Ti and TX2K14?

thanks buddy! this was the exact car that I based most of the setup off of but just wanted to take it to the next level and see how fast we can make single turbo vette...We run in Mexico and our roll race events which is what my car has always been built for.

It will def be ready for 2k and ill be present for the action
