I've waited a long time for this swap. I'm really excited as I'm sure you are as well!

Unfortunately my champagne cup decided to jump off the bench and commit suicide so I had to finish the last two welds on the Ti with a standard cup. Huge difference in gas coverage.

Buiding a custom set of motor mounts to add clearance for the intakes and charge piping. Plan is to keep everything in between the frame rails.

I’m fortunate enough to talk to Jim on pretty much a daily basis so I’ve been kept abreast with this one. It’s nice to see you making so much progress Jim.

looks really good. Just asking is the difference in the two headers for clearance? the left side looks like plug changes might be a pain

yes and the drivers side was designed a year and a half earlier than the passenger side. I learned a lot in that time LOL.

Glad you are continuing to move forward with this build and sharing the fabrication results. It's very satisfying to improve your skills.

I'm looking forward to the performance results. Any plans to take it to the drag strip when complete?

I'll be down for TX2K in March running the drag events. Thinking about doing the stickshift challenge. I'm hoping to con you and Jon into joining me.

Built a set of motor mounts to add more clearance for piping.

Gave me a ton of room!

Test fitment and clocking the turbos.
