Hi Everyone, I am looking for some assistance here and hoping you guys can point me in the right direction.

I have a 97 C5 with a non intercooled MP112, installed by the previous owner.

My question is;

- I am considering an upgrade to either an LS3 (or LS7) engine and aside from all the normal stuff i would need to make this work (24x to 58x convert, Knock sensor relocation, MAP relocation Kit, and Fuel Injector modifications) would it be possible to use my existing MP112 with an LS3 or LS7 engine? Where these superchargers made specifically for the catheral port LS1/6 heads or can they be used with the LS3/LS7 style heads.

I could just as soon do without the magnacharger and seel it for a little bit of money, but the hood is already modified and i would like to keep it.

Thanks in advance for any insight on this. I used the search function but couldn't find anything definite indicating one way or another.

Might as well grab a low-mileage takeoff LS9 supercharger...it'll fit those square port heads

yep can't use the MP112 with LS3 or LS7....they have an adaptor for the LS3 but you might as well buy a whole new blower


and IMO seems like a lot of $$$ for ????????

what are you looking for? whats your end goal??
