Kidding too buddy.

Glad you stopped your meth lab long enough to get something important in the oven.

I've (of course) got a RKT56 Performance built ZR1 trans and a RPM built Quaife differential with an ECS brace on it. I eventually plan to put some spray nozzles in it to hit the cluster gears that need it.

With this combination, I'm expecting to be able to be at full boost by 3500RPM, however, in certain situations there would be an advantage to keeping the car in a higher gear and spraying my way into boost. The Nitrous Express Maximizer 4 controller allows me to control the solenoids by RPM, by time or even by boost, so I'm able to choose where it starts by RPM/TPS and where it ends by boost. I can pulse the solenoids to come on and taper off easy to make the transitions smooth too. I'm really pleased with the flexibility that it offers.

This combo should be capable of making as much power as I could ever want, so I'll have to make a decision as to how much is reasonable so I don't destroy everything behind the motor. I've seen builds with only one 6870 making over 1000whp. Add my two-stage Nitrous Express system and you get an idea of why I have a decision to make. I'll have to see how the traction is too. The Haltech has traction control and boost by gear that can be overlaid with boost by speed so I can progressively adjust the boost throughout each gear. The Tilton quad disc is capable of holding just under 2000ft lbs of torque, so that's not much of a concern.

^^^^ Epicness at it's finest!

Some pics to hold your blue ***** off for a while.

Cracker indeed! No A4 is gonna hold this for long, if at all, otherwise, I would strongly consider it.
Brett,

Thank you for the awesome informative answer -

That's why I am following, I want to learn as you build this wicked sick motor -

Thanks,Matt

Daily build pic. Can't have anyone out there getting their almonds turning blue.

The 3.5" downpipes, my 6870 billet compressor wheel and a cool pic of the turbo

That's all Jon's welding work. He's a badass!
I'm a little less patient than he is. I'll be welding up the entire 3.5" exhaust system, the intercooler and upper charge pipe, the custom items on the dry sump system and various other things.

I heard yours are soon to be on the chopping block, up for auction and I was considering bidding in case mine shrink up between now and when I get the car done.

It's Saturday! Time for moar pics!

Just in case some folks haven't seen yet, here are a few pics of the old setup.

This LS7 intake and custom fuel rail assembly is available for sale, although I haven't put it up yet. Custom rails with -10AN fittings welded directly to the rails to save room, which creates enough space for -10 fittings to feed both rears without clearance issues.
It's a factory intake that was professionally cleaned up and painted right. The MAP sensor port was filled in and sensor relocated to produce a cleaner look. The rails are setup for standard LS1 height injectors. I have 400 in paint, 400 in rails, 250 in the intake plus the fittings. Will sell for 800 shipped OBO.

The new custom intercooler, designed by me, with the help of Jon. 6" thick and flows a mere 3300 CFM.

Moar Pics.
More of Jon's handiwork in play. Schedule 10 321 and 347 filler, all back purged for super clean, long lasting welds.

Comparison of my new downpipe to the old midpipe.
