Aaron I can get you set up with you fuel, alky control kit, and a monster clutch! Dual 255s in the tank and some 80s for now will let you make a lot of power with meth.
7.5 psi will make 500-590 depending on dyno

RXT clutch. The last clutch you will ever need.
Keep up the good work! It looks great and thanks for all the pics!

Mantic Twin. End of story. Drives like stock and will take one hell of a beating. I just had a Mantic engineer look at mine that had 3 years of usage over 1000hp and they said it still has half life left in it after we measured the pads and checked the plates. Their quality is second to none.

Twin 255s with meth will make over 1000whp on pump gas/meth. Did it for a few years like that.

Anyone building twin 255s? Lol I hate to build one and they are dang expensive through other places. I built a twin setup for my f body but id rather not do it on the vette. Unfortunately the mantic clutch is out of price range. It's a nice piece but monster has the new lt1s series or something like that that is suppose to be pretty good. And it's a lot cheaper. If anyone has a good set of 80lb injectors hit me up.

I'm being thrown curve ***** on the wife's car here. I keep finding hidden things, and somehow I also get more side-projects along the way.
Something like the Fore stuff then? I'm not too familiar with the fuel systems on the C5/C6 platform yet, but I've been using Fore for a while on other cars.

How about without meth? And did you run an -8 feed line up front, or just re-plumbed the stock line?

Yeah for the last 6+ years ive been running a RSI dual pump billet hanger with twin 255's, this with meth has supported 1000whp with ease. That was with a -8 feed and a -6 returned, boost referenced fuel pressure regulator. Unfortunatly RSI didn't stick with the corvette market for long, its too bad, that hanger is a great piece. Without meth I have no idea what it would be capable of. More than pump gas would support I assume and those pumps are not E85 friendly. On race gas, no clue... Ill be sticking 3 450's in the tank this winter though, want the option to run E85 as well as 93/Meth.

I found twin 255s on her car, with the stock hardline plumbed with -6AN back and front. It was a little surprising. She'll run that while on low boost to get used to the car, and then later I'll switch it over to E85 along with a tr6060. Just trying to figure out the fuel delivery.
I'm running twin 450s on a Mustang right now, but going for triple 465s in the next couple of weeks. Need to stop spending money on race gas.
