I could just use 2x C44 bulkhead connectors from Racetronix, but at $50 each there has to be a more cost effective way to do it while just using a single 6 or 7 pin connector. I have emailed a few companies whose products I am looking at to see if they would work in fully submersed 100% Ethanol environment.

I got my cam request back from BTR and am looking at something around 237/247 (low 600 area lift) 120+5 to keep it easy on the valve train while keeping it very streetable. When I call to order it today I am going to ask them about how it will idle....I would rather not have it idle like stock as I do like some lope.

My ECS trans/diff brace (I FINALLY broke down and ordered one) will be here Friday and my Monster LT1-R clutch will be here Monday. I am also expecting another shipment from Huron Speed today.

Not going to get a whole lot of of anything done today, have a few appointments to go to and then have Jiu-Jitsu this evening.
Got any pics of the pump hanger? I would love to have dual in tank pumps rather than one in tank and one external.

Can't really start mock up until the parts show up so I can start welding up the hanger. Still need to decide which fuel pump pick ups I want to use, bu that is too easy lol.

Had most of the stuff I need to start fabricating the dual Walbro 450 hanger. Couple fittings still en-route but I can get started without them. Sorry, no pics of that until it is done and the patent paperwork is filed. I have a fairly large player in the LS community interested in carrying it.

Here is my little buddy enjoying a ride a few months ago

That is the plan, but I won't be selling them on here because I am not a supporting vendor.

There will be some wiring required, but that would be it.

Clutch came in last night. Monster LT1-R twin disc, rated to 1200wheel lb-ft. I got it with the 28lb flywheel. total assembly weighs 50lbs. The 28lb flywheel is going to make launching easier than the 18lb flywheel I had before.

Machine shop called, should be able to pick up the block today from getting the cylinder walls cleaned up a little. He only had to hone out between .001 - .0015. Will increase my PTW a little, but that small of an increase doesn't concern me.

Upgraded, but yes...
This stuff handles 1000whp without issue, but where the car is going now, 1400-1500 its better I sell it before it blows up. Really good setup for someone staying at that 1000whp level.

Good plan, just remember you need a c6 cradle, offset mounts, c6 lower control arms, coil overs, and cutting the tub out to clear the pump on the differential to do the conversion... It's not as simple as just swapping out the trans and diff. If you knew that, cool. If not, just a heads up.

I am actually thinking about fabricating some mounts to adapt the C6Z diff to the C5 cradle. Not a fan of how the C6 cradle sets the wheels back farther...

Good luck, I already tried it and I have a whole fab shop at my disposal, the cradle design makes it difficult and the cradle material does not like to weld cleanly. I was not happy with the results so i scrapped it. Also, you do want to move the wheels back because if you don't you will never get a real tire under it. A 28" tire will rub the front where the fender hits the rocker panel with the stock cradle. Now if you have no intention of ever putting a real tire under it I wouldn't worry about that aspect of it, but once you try to modify it you will see what I'm saying. It was a giant waste of my time.

I have a set of 28s for it. It was my understanding that the cradle moved the wheel too far back for a real tire.....

Who knows, maybe a chromoly cradle is in its future....
