Huron Speed tt kit - any results on bigger builds?

So far by quickly searching it seems that projects are still ongoing or halted. Or did I miss something?

I'm still working on mine (01Z06 rpm 4l65e, 402 cu in with twin 6766's). I finished the install back in Oct. Then one problem and then more problems slowed me down. Not problems with the kit but my car. Cracked head, broken starter, transmission line broke and started a fire while I was driving it. Had to make a lot of burned wire repairs to the transmission/rear of car harness. After thinking I had all the wires (that I could see) repaired, the car would not run because of REP. Figured I had more burned wires behind the intake. Did a lot of tracing and ring out wires to finally find that the TPS had gone bad during this time. Got it running again and the transmission would not shift in to 4th (OD) Did a lot of trouble shooting the tranny and wires only to find out the TCI/TCU had corrupted itself and was causing the problem. I reloaded an older tune in the trans controller and it seems to okay now. I got it all back together yesterday and am ready to start driving and tuning again. Anyway, between all these problems, holidays and life's delays, I'm getting there. I am anxious to see the final numbers on this thing. I know a couple of others had finished their install. One of them was a 427 and I'm not sure what his final numbers are at the moment. I hope I did not bore you with making this so long. I'll take part of this and get my post on the install going again.

Made 1030/933 at 18psi at a pig rich 10.0 AFR, clutch let go when we tried to lean it up. Car is down for the winter while we make a bunch of changes to the fuel system, drive train, and await the quad disk prototype from Mantic. The kit works very well and it cracked the 1000whp barrier effortlessly. Very well designed, very capable.. Should have updated results in the next couple months.

My rotating assy is at the machine shop after discovering I got a bait-and-switch on my wrist pins when I bought the rotating assy. Which sucks because the engine I was about to put the heads on it and put it in the car when I found out. Shooting to have it on the rollers for a baseline tune in early May, then power pulls in June - since I will have to break in a new clutch and new gears before I can really push it.

I talk to him all the time, he is the owner of the company. Great guy to work with, nothing but a positive experience.

Always answers questions eventually for me but can't get him to talk on the phone. But email is ok just a tad awkward and slow at times.
