I did have a power steering leak at some point but I think I fixed that. I will check again when I get home tonight. Ill check the front seal as well. If its not the procharger then ill have to raise the price of the P1 that Im selling now. lol

you are blowing boost from the intake manifold directly into that catch can it appears.

Not really sure what that means David. Are you saying I am loosing boost out of the manifold and its blowing into the catch can? I def had procharger oil coming from the procharger and also going into the intake because I found a little puddle in the supercharger plumbing. I have a D1SC coming so I will see how it runs with that on it. Should I change my PCV setup?

1. huge vac leak during normal driving, in addition defeating any sort of pcv.
2. huge boost leak in boost.
How that relates or does not relate to oil from the supercharger I cannot say. Call it a new problem if you like. Just trying to help

Ok thanks alot. After I got the supercharger installed the hose thats going into the catch can was just hanging down into the engine bay. The mechanic said that it could stay like that or get a catch can to collect any of the blow by.
I really have no idea about PCV systems. I asked my old mechanic about it a couple weeks ago and he said "the Z06 pcv valve is built into the valley cover, as long as you dont have the hoses going directly from the intake manifold to the valve covers or that valley port you should be good."
Is this true?
Thanks again David.

it gets more complicated than that
you are not stock power any more, more power = more crankcase flow and that should be considered in system vent capacity
you are boosted, so we need to make sure that we don't have a way for boost to go anywhere except for into the cylinders.
in short, you can't do what you are trying to do with what you have.

Melting Slicks
That is the most basic setup.

i agree running through the stock pcv is the most basic setup
and adding a check valve would indeed block boost, BUT
we have not increased system airflow capacity beyond stock, so you may see crankcase oil from the clean side blowing out into the s/c inlet
this is what i do for a living, check out the website, my stuff or work with something else I would be happy to help you on it. mightymousesolutions@gmail.com

ok thanks guys. I am going to take a look at my system when I get home from work tonight and see if I can figure this out. David I checked out your site and might be buying a system from you if I can figure out what the hell I need. Thanks again.
