Very well then, let's use dual TB. One before, one after. :-) You could also get rid of BOV by having this approach. But the end-result would still be the same at the cruising areas.

However, you could try "compressed air supercharging":

So easy ^^
Did it
Average 15.8 on a little strit test(so, it's 8% better MPG)
Have to test another tune to hit 17afr (15%), perhaps today afterwork, and check for me mileage

After, i will be able to max the system with EGT (order it a since a long time, initialy for HP goal)

Can you rent a truck and trailer? Seems easier than trying to change your setup to significantly stretch your mileage.

a passenger type truck he probably meant, most full size trucks should be able to handle that towing capacity, like one from Uhaul etc

Not here in France; europeans lows are a lot different
for exemple, with the normal driving licence you cannot drive a hummer H1 since it"s over 2.5 tons !

I'm saying to use your car with a small trailer loaded with fuel, surely all of those couldn't exceed the 3.5 ton limit

e85 can be leaned out and run a bit more mpg but at the end of the day the flex fuel sensor option is much more practical and ends the worry of not being able to find the stuff

your call but trying to optimize e85 gas mileage won't get you far.

takes lots more of the stuff so that's that.

17afr vs 14.68afr is 15% better mileage
and, in fact, with my last calc (yesterday), i'm 3.3psi at 1800rpm, so, if i was NA (opened BOV), it will be 22% better again
So, i should be able to gain +30% MPG
Enough far ^^

Full flexfuel system (afr and timing management) can be an option, but not for race, and since i done 22 pass in the weekend a couple of years before, and i use 1.5 gallon (heat the engine, burnout, pass and return) and dont want race with less than 1/8 tank, i will already need ... 26 gallons... hard to find the place in the trunk

Probably totally illegal in Europe anyway.

In UK any trailer over 750kgs must be braked, and that's a mechanical braking system.
The electrical braking systems as found on US stuff is illegal here.

Towing rules/laws are a nightmare here too, and nobody understands them, including those supposed to enforce them !

So so so... have a record...
on 200 miles, i have use :
15.75 MPG with fine fine fine tune lean cruise at 68mph on plane motorway... (150 miles)
14.85 MPG when adding the 30 last miles (climbing motorway)
13.97 MPG when adding the 20 finish last miles town crossing
Happy :-)

Yikes!!! I wish I would have read this before hand! My car is in the process of being built for around 1100rwhp on E85 and I was gonna drive it from Waco to Dallas for the Half Mile. Now I think I will be trailing it up there. Id kill the tank right as I reach the airport.
I knew it would drop but not by 2/3rds. Dang. I was gonna load the truck with my pit bike, meth and 10 gallons of E98 (got it for free and figured it wouldnt hurt) but since we usually get at least a dozen runs in that in itself will take over half a tank at WOT.
Now to figure out how to get my Vette on my TopHat trailer. lol
