Default 5.3L C5 with A&A Corvette Ysi Dyno Vid

Well, I finally got the car on the dyno for final tuning the other day. I put a stock 90mm LS2 throttle body on the car after the Nick Williams kept giving me issues. We were finally able to get some pulls at full boost, 25#. I had to sit in the trunk since we were getting wheel spin for almost the whole pull and I was on street tires. I didnt get a pic of the final cleaner dyno graph but you can get an idea with the one I posted. We left the tune on the conservative side since I told my tuner I will be doing half mile and one mile racing events. So far Im very happy with the car and how it drives. Its very responsive and a complete animal when the boost really kicks in. It put down 850+rwhp all day long and then drove home for two hours in LA traffic without skipping a beat and running cooler than a stock C5.

865rwhp 640rwtq,
A&A Corvette Ysi with direct drive kit, 25# on E85 through a 4L65E
5.3L LM7 iron block (325ci)
LSA forged crank
Callies forged rods
Wiseco pistons
BTR Jam Cam
Stock 243 heads
Stock 90mm LS2 tb
Pro Comp (Typhoon) Alum intake, hand ported
Stainless Works 1 7/8 headers

awesome! I'm doing a junkyard warrior build right now as well.

how hard was it to get the lsa crank and flexplate setup for the 4l65E

love the build. it's hard to check all 3 boxes, good, fast, cheap, but the little thumper small bore blocks do a pretty good job of it.

I'd like to get the 6 bolt block and I'm working on something there to take up where ERL left off and provide a more affordable alternative

You'll need a C7 flexplate to bolt up to the 8 bolt LSA crank and thats it, everything as normal.

Not sure but all LS2 should be the same, 2005-2007 silver blade. LS3/7 will be the gold blade.
