Would a turbo car benifit from a radiator or spal fan unit. Looking for the best bang for the buck since I am on a budget

Absolutely.
What are you current oil and coolant temps?
My turbo car regularly sees oil temps in the upper 250s and coolant in the upper 230s in the summer. I am looking to do the dewitts radiator with the built in oil cooler this winter. Might as well add the spal fans as well as they pull much more air than the factory unit.
Looking to get those temps down about 15-20 degrees at least.
