Default Crank pin kit for sum c2501

Hey what crank pin kit are people using for the sum c2501 harmonic balancer. I was just wondering because the harmonic balancer is keyed and the one that comes with the ecs kit is for the stock harmonic balancer is not keyed. Any input is very much appreciated.

If you crank is not keyed to go along with your balancer key, then I think you will have to pin still. On my new engine it is being double keyed and the crank only had 1 key way. We had to machine another keyway into the crank.

I used the ECS pin that came with the kit. I just drilled the opposite side from the keyway on the new balancer.

Is there any pin kit out there that uses that key hole?

as stated above if your crank does not have a key way then you will have to use the standard pin kit that the oem balancer uses... if you want to use a key instead of a pin kit and your crank does not have a key way then you will have to remove the crank and have one machined into it... I would just use the standard pin kit and drill the hole opposite of the key way like someone else suggested
