Fuel pump and injectors upgrades
Ok I have a STS twin turbo 02 ZO6. I have no idea how this car increases fuel pressure on boost, it does have green top fuel injectors I believe they are 42lbs. I'm stepping up on turbos a little and want to put car on E-85. I know it will need fuel pump and bigger injectors, does anyone have an idea on with to run? I just put the BTR twin turbo stage one cam in car and will be buying an HP Tuners. Any help on whos pump and injectors to run would be great. also if anyone knows anything about the STS stuff that would be great as well.

I have an STS setup. AFAIK the STS system itself didnt boost fuel pressure. Im running a stock pump with a Kenne Bell boost a pump, 534 WHP @10 # for > 4 years and no issues. 42# injectors.
Whats the eventual goal? Obviously you will need much larger injectors and fuel flow capacity for the E 85. Or experianced people can chime in on specifics. Id like to run E85 myself but availability is a problem locally.
Curious what size turbos you are going to. Be careful as rearmounts get sluggish if you go too big
Also what are the specs on the BTR cam?

You will need much larger injectors for E85, but they will be dependant on your power goals.
You could run an OEM internal bump with a boost a pump and an external pump to satisfy demands on that end or you could splurge on a dual pump hanger.
For a boost reference fuel system you will need an external pressure regulator with a boost/vacuum reference port. I use the Fore F2i.

as stated above the pump and injector size will depend on your power goals... there are lots of right ways to do a fuel system but you will probably need multiple pumps (especially with e85) whether that be duals/triples in the tank or one in the tank and an external... I would stay away from boost-a-pumps personally, it's just one more thing to fail

If you have instruction manual I would be willing to buy a copy from you. It has the PCV system and some other wires running into the car and I just have a problem not knowing how and why things work.

You should be fine with 80# injectors and a 320LPH external pump making 600WHP on E85.

Most of the vendors on here sell the injectors and/or pump you will need. ECS, A&A, UPP, Texas Speed and Tick are some of the larger names of the top of my head.
I've got Siemens 80# injectors and they work well but I have had amazing results with Injector Dynamics on other platforms and FIClinic injectors as well.
The fuel pump can be made to fit in place of the factory pump but you will have to cut up the factory pump bucket to make anything larger than the lingenfelter 255lph pump fit in the factory pump hanger. ECS, A&A and UPP all sell an external pump kit utilizing a sump of some kind. Racetronix sells some 320lph pumps that you may be able to fit inside the factory pump hanger but I can't confirm that.

No sir, I will not share my tune without the consent of Steve since he created the tune file. I wouldn't want someone giving out my hard work for free and I extend that courtesy to him. I will try to get in touch with him and see how he feels about sharing that info.

Walbro 450 LPH E85 compatible pump (part number ending in 267) is an E85 compatible internal pump that will support 600whp on E85.
As for injectors, you have a TON of options. You can even use your OEM injectors with a little work and they will outflow the 42 lb injectors by a LOT.

NO WAY would I assume that the tune setup for one car would be as good as a custom tune for your car
so many good tuners can help you out. I can hook you up in the northern va area. where are you at??? you'll be much happier
