Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (DTSNGIT)
Not sure if they are in stock, but try rk sport or west coast corvettes I think I seen them offered at one of those. But my real question is what gauge would you run in the second spot? Fuel pressure? I had given some thought into the dual gauge, but didn't really know what I need to monitor that bad. It is real fun to watch the boost gauge though. :jester

Got mine from Jegs. They were in stock last week....$52 Part #105-12192
I noticed when test fitting it with a gauge that my knuckles are about an inch away from the gauge faces, but I can telescope the column back some for more clearance. Probably no big deal, but if you have Fred Flintstone hands it could be an issue.

Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (Xstar)
You're not the first to say that. I'm gonna need to order a setup real soon and I'm worried about just that. Any ideas where else you would mount them. I really don't want to drill into dash. Is it hitting when you turn the wheel or just getting in and out? Thanks.

Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (jeffsc5)
What about those universal dual gauge pods? They are just the unit itself instead of covering the entire pillar. It seems like you could somewhat place it where you want to avoid hitting it with your hand. I saw some in the Jegs catalog for 20.00.

Here's two pictures I took this morning so you can see. The first one shows my wife in her normal driving position, the second one is where we purposely tried to get the steering wheel as close to the gauge blank as possible.

Ordered my pod & AutoMeter NOS gauge from Martel Brothers Performance. They said the fuel pressure gauge production is on hold because of sending unit problems. No delivery ETA available. Anybody else know anything about this or having problems with their gauges?

Hey Tom, any known problems with what you have in stock? And I'm assumming you are talking about the 2 1/16" Sport Comp Full Sweep P/N 3363, is that correct? I'll go out to your website & check it out. Thanks.

Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (newberd)
The part number for the pod is 12192. This is the complete pillar that replaces the stock pillar. I see that you were talking about the fuel pressure gauge in your above post. We don't have any of the 3363s but do have the 2663s in stock (2 1/16" Z Series by Autometer). I haven't seen or heard of any problems with this. We've put a few in with superchargers over the last few weeks. They all worked fine.

Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (tbyrne)
Tom, I think the Z series has different look than the sport comp. Black bezel vice silver. And I don't see a NOS pressure gauge in the Z series. I have a NOS pressure gauge in the sport comp on the way. I would like the gauges to match, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Dual Gauge Pods? (tbyrne)
Does your dual pod actually replace the pillar? Or does it simply cover up the existing pillar? Mine was the type that simply laid over the existing pillar.
