Stock C5 ls1 a&a v3 ti. What pulley size and fuel system?
I've got a stock 2000 c5 (stock exhaust, heads, cam, intake, everything), and I recently picked up an A&A V3 Ti supercharger. A couple questions:
1. What's a safe hp to run it at? Looking at forums maybe 550rwhp?
2. What pulley size would I need? I got a 3.6 with it, but I'm assuming that won't work.
3. Can I get away with running a racetronix single fuel pump with hotwire kit or do I need to add BAP? Or something else.
Trying to keep costs down as much as possible. Thanks

I've got a Novi 1500 kit on a stock 98, same SC as you. I have upgraded in-tank fuel pump with no BAP. ECS recomended to go with new fuel pump instead off BAP, the stock pump is getting old...
As for the pulley, my kit is with a 3,5 pulley AND a restrictor in the intake. That makes approx 10 psi. I've heard that 3,5 and no restrictor makes 13-15 psi.
If you limit yourself to approx 10 psi, you will probably make around 500 whp. I'm just shy of that having turned down my rev limiter to 6000 rpm. Hoping to be on the safe side :-)
A tip - remove foglight shrouds and install Z06 grille mesh. Did wonders to my coolant temps.

With a Ti and a 3.6 pulley, at what RPM do you hit that 9-10psi boost level?
Also, is it practical to limit top-end boost with wastegate/blowoff-valve and a manual boost controller, rather than with a restrictor? It seems like that should work, and should be easier to adjust, but I don't see people doing it, so I wonder...
