Default IAT ideas for speed density

What are you guys doing for the IAT when going speed density? Ive seen some guys use a screw in style on the intake tube? I suppose I would need a harness as well?

Since mine is a 99, I just plugged in to the new screw in sensor. Weld the bung onto the pipe and good to go.

weld a bung or just drill a hole and screw the sensor into the pipe and use some jb weld to seal it, either of those will work fine... you can buy an iat pigtail as well and wire it to the 2 wires in the maf connector... I just cut the maf connector off and tucked the unused wires back into the loom to keep it clean

I might do that. I ordered my kit and didn't think to ask about a SD pipe. A&A will replace it for free as long as I pay the ride and its unused. I bought the kit in October and they will still do that great service!

You can use a maf breakout harness like I did.

I am probably going to just drill and tap my intake manifold. Will be going with a High Ram or the upcoming BTR intake.

Make a new pipe and welded a bung in.
