Default Nitrous controller TPS signal causing reduced engine power

I am using a NX Max 4 controller and I have found that when my TPS signal wire from the Max 4 is connected with the blue wire of the TPS harness with the nitrous controller off and the car sees WOT it will throw the car into reduced power mode and the service traction system lights will come on. With the nitrous controller on and the car sees WOT this does not occur.

I found some other instances when searching of others having similar issues with other controllers but with no solutions.

Has anybody dealt with this before and could provide some insight?

Add a 100k ohm resistor in line, should solve your problem.
