Feed hose for OEM '97-'98 fuel rail with flexfuel sensor
I realize this will apply to a very small number of people (maybe I'm the only one?) since most people use aftermarket rails/regulators/feed lines, especially for E85, but I happened across a nice little coincidence. The length of a flexfuel sensor, plus coupler fitting, plus '99+ returnless feed line, is a perfect fit for the '97-'98 return rails.
I should really post a build thread at some point, but this made me smile when I hooked it up last night, so I just figured I'd share.

Thanks. I have a couple P59s, HP Tuners, and a Tech 2. I'm going to try to figure it out myself based on the few breadcrumbs that have been dropped around LS1Tech and here by the people who have done it successfully. Seems nobody is willing to post a step-by-step walkthrough because shops are doing these conversions for money and want to protect their business. I wouldn't be opposed to paying someone for the secret sauce, but I guess I'd have to sign an NDA then, huh?

would it work the same in the return side?... most run the sensor in the return that way it doesn't become a restriction but you are still using stock size feed line so it might not be a problem for you right now

The sensor is 3/8" and the return from the rail is 5/16", so that would require more adapters. If I go to a larger feed and/or different rails at some point, I'll move it to the return side, but this worked out slick for now.
