Pro turbo kit, lots of work to get right but even on low boost its fast. Still working out suspension and little issues but its worth it.

Lots of guys running the TTiX kits around here. Me personally I have a (now defunct) APS TT setup that performs pretty well also.

The C5 is a fairly difficult car to turbocharge. I don't say that to try to discourage you, but I think those who have researched the options and done it themselves will agree that there are a lot of challenges. Different kits overcome those challenges in different ways, and all have their strong and weak points. None of them is perfect for everyone, but the TTiX kit has been installed on a lot of cars for over a decade and has built up a pretty good reputation over that time. I don't think there is another kit out there with more total miles on it at this point than the TTiX. The biggest problems I know of with TTiX are difficult fitment in some areas (need to heat up and dent pipes and dent/notch the body/frame of the car for clearance) and boost creep issues with some turbos.

Other options to consider...

Twin kits:
- APS: defunct as Fastbird mentioned, low mount turbos, scavenge pump required
- UPP: mounts turbos inside the front fenders
- Huron Speed: fairly new, kind of a knockoff/hybrid of old and new TTi designs with some improvements, nice tubular manifolds, gravity drain, big T4 turbines
- PTK: mentioned above, I thought these were defunct as well, but maybe somebody started selling them again? High front mount turbos, lots of hot piping in the engine bay, lots of things need to be relocated to fit

Single kits:
- CXRacing: Made in China, designed to fit the C6, but people have been adapting them to C5s and making nice power, fairly cheap but forces you to choose between A/C and full exhaust
- Hinson: hot parts only, cold side is up to you to fabricate

Rear mount:
- STS: Defunct as well, I think they made singles and twins? Slower spool, lots of plumbing, scavenge pumps, etc.

Just a quick list off the top of my head, everyone please feel free to make additions/corrections.

I have an STS twin rear mount setup on my 02 Z. I've upgraded a few of the pieces, very pleased with the setup. Easy to work on if needed, stealthy, and makes good power - 648whp @ 7.5psi. My only dis-like is if the oil/scavenge pump fails it creates an oily mess.

TTi X kit has worked well for me for years. Mine is going to be for sale shortly. It has the custom 6265s and 3" downpipe as well as a custom Dr Phil scavenge pump set up .

Made 1020rwhp @ 17lbs. Had a bit more left in it too!

I have a UPP 5871 kit, its been on about 14k miles. I think the intercooler, scavenge pump, bovís, and turbos are theonly original pieces of the kit still left. It makes good amount of power, but alot of it could be better.

ttix kit here very solid performance and good street kit for up to and a bit beyond 1k which is enough to get your attention

fitment is tough, I did have a cracked turbo "mounting ear" but the replacement manifold was cheap and service is really good

dr phil does a nice job of tuning these kits and there is one for sale above with the upgraded turbos and down pipe which was enough for high 8s

killer deal, check it out.

TTi has produced several kits over the years.
I've had an X kit since circa 2005/6.
What exactly is your question?

I'm still running the UPP kit with the 6182R's. Pretty much the same as everyone else, had to modify the hot side piping quite a bit, upgraded the fuel system and the battery relocation stuff. My intercooler cover didn't fit either so I had one made in addition to making a shield to go between the passenger side turbo and the computer. The turbos, wastegates, intercooler, BOV, scavenge pump, etc. are all still original parts.
This kit has made over 1070whp on a 390ci motor.

I'd get rid of that Weiand intake manifold, it'll be nothing but a heat sink. You're much better off with an LS6 or LS2 manifold.
