Default f1-r A&A bracket

I'm having a lot of problems with the A&A bracket for my F1-R pro-charger.
I'm going through belts every day slipping from the pulleys. Im running an 8-rib pulleys with the secondary drive system does anyone have any idea if the spacing for the bracket doesn't work or if someone has fixed this problem with some spacers.

Hi I am also using an A&A system with a secondary drive (8 rib). I have an F1A-94 the F1A required a 0.100" spacer between the supercharger an the A&A bracket. I used 0.1" thick washers. Get a Dayco laser alignment tool they will be the right tool for the job.

Ran the same setup with no noticeable belt slip issues. Purchase a laser alignment tool it is a good investment.

What is happening to the belts? Depending on what is happening will tell you what is wrong. I know when my car was being put together there was something with the water pump and the tabs were keeping it from aligning properly. They had to be surfaced down and then the belt lined up. Here is a thread about using the laser alignment tool.

I try to let guys know when using our bracket for a P/C headunit make sure to check the blower pulley alignment to the grooved idler on our bracket while it's on the bench first using laser tool. I've seen the need to mill the blower pulley shorter to line up and I've seen some guys space the blower out from the front bracket as well. Using the laser tool is the best investment and once you are lined up you can run the same belt for years.

Did the exact thing that Josh posted up. I took off .080 off my blower pulley. Everything lines up nicely. Been using the same belt about a year now.
