Why is it so hard to say "I DON'T KNOW"? Unless we take our car apart down to the frame, we really don't know what the previous owner did or didn't do to the car. For example, the PO of my '98 said he pulled the engine and replaced the crankshaft with a CR kit. I have not removed the engine, so I don't know. But when someone asked me if there is a Dragon Slayer crankshaft under the hood, I just say "I don't know".
If you don't know, Ed, just say it. No one is going to think any less of you as a person.

Is this a career? Anybody with the internet can be a Corvette historian, it's called wikipedia. Based on your posts, YOU didn't modify your LT5, you payed someone to do it for you. All of this tough guy talk and you're afraid to turn wrenches. Ever heard the phrase "Those who can, do and those who can't, teach." A historian is just a teacher, you weren't capable of making your own history so you preach about it to others.

Nobody in the C5 Forced Induction section cares about the history of the Corvette, we aren't looking backwards to how the platform was created we are looking forward to how the platform can be improved to make faster and faster passes down the track.

You are a sad, pathetic man. You don't know dick about cars. You pay people to know things for you. You, the guy who refuses to race his car, has no right to call any person on this forum a real racer or not. You're a ******* twatwaffle with a tiny pecker complex.

What's it cost to enter? We get No Fly Zone out here but its $250/car. Since my wife likes to race also wed be paying $500 for the day for both cars. I'd love to do a 1/2 mile but geez, that's a lotta coin for 1 day lol. No money back for weather cancellations either. Someday we will.
