D1SC needs rebuild..SuperchargerRebuilds.com?
Well I'm thinking about working on the car again or sell it but it's been down over a year now. I bought a 68 Deville so been messing with that and I never figured the fuel issue out on my car but I'm going to take it to someone and have them figure it out if i do resurrect this thing . My D1SC started leaking and some of the impeller blades are chewed up, I'm not sure how since I have a big *** filter on it. Anyways I read some reviews about superchargerRebuild.com and wanted to see if anyone has had experience with them here on the board? I tried to search but it seems like the search function is acting odd but could be operator error. here is what the quoted me. I hope all has been well with you and your builds.
$480 - for Bearings, seals, and labor/install, and return shipped.
$495 - D1SC style billet impeller, with thinner blades / reduced weight
(recommended)
So, 975 total

That's good considering procharger over or 2k

Melting Slicks
I had my p1sc rebuilt by them... was a simple process and the unit’s been fine for a few years.
Ive toyed with getting the billet d wheel. Looks like a nice piece...

I am also needing to have my procharger rebuilt. i am only leaking a slight bit of oil though.
I am wanting to have mine upgraded from a p1sc to a d1sc.
hopefully some one will chime in with their experience and pricing for this also.

I had my S trim rebuilt at 928 motorsports and bought their revised wheel. Carl was good to talk to and easy to work with.
I talked to the guy at Supercharger rebuild and he didnt inspire much confidence in his abilities.
I would suggest a conversation with them before you send them your blower.

I haven't talked to them but I will call on Tuesday. How much did they charge you?
