My car is a manual but I got a driveshaft without couplers from the driveshaft shop. I actually ordered it through blownbluezo6 on here. Bret will get you setup and is great customer service. Depending on how much power you are making, carbon fiber may not be good for you. Driveshaft shop rates their carbon shaft for like 7 or 800 flywheel hp. Carbon shafts are not for big power setups.

I’m planning on a CF driveshaft from either PST or QA1. They hold 3000+hp in RvW cars, so I think they’ll hold fine in my 1500hp deal.

But, that doesn’t help with your quest for a prop shaft with no couplers Paul.

You will not be disappointed going with QA1 They test every shaft they make with a special machine. it's pretty bad ***. Buddy works for them and gave me a tour.

hey pete, doesn't the cf driveshaft do away with the couplers? The driveshaft shop has an aluminum 3.5" driveshaft that eliminates the couplers but i will look into qa1,thanks

I put the 3" dss in mine since I already had dss couplers, if I have to take it out again I might go for the 3.5" with no couplers but the one I have has served me well so far... I was swayed away from cf after seeing pics of them turning into spliters or separating at the ends from glue/epoxy failure
