What are the chances my stock clutch will hold up to a 150 shot?
Last time I tried a 150 shot I forgot to turn off my traction control..... AND I SAW FIRE.
Anyway thinking about trying the 150 again, but not sure if I should giving I have a stock clutch and 33,000 miles on the car. What do you all think? I'm yet to run anything faster than a 13.03 and it's just getting to me. Figure that bumping it up a notch will put me under the 13 mark. (That and I gotta learn how to drag the thing)

Not for long. Espeacially if you are running sticky tires.
By the way was the 13.03 with the 100 shot?

If you are running 13's with a TNT 100 shot (which should be about 125 rwhp extra) then you have something wrong with your setup.....bumping up you pills to a 150 will not fix that.
125 is plenty on street tires, and if you're running anywhere except the freeway, you'll only run slower on a bigger shot (wheelspin).
Stay with the 100 shot, buy some stickier tires, and learn how to get into the low 12's first........

You failed to mention what your 60 ft. times were ! they have alot to do with your ET no matter what mods you have .stickier tires are a definite must in this case I believe you definitely have traction problems . is your clutch giving you problems like slipping ? if no than you can get by on your stock clutch for awhile but an upgrade on the clutch is a smart thing to do really soon , you should upgrade to a Z06 clutch or a CARTEK clutch and soon you will be dumping the clutch at 4500 rpm with no problems on sticky tires . you should be running hi 12.90 to 13.00's without NITROUS on sticky tires !that 150 shot will knock off a full second of your ET .

Well I didn't bump it up to 150, just left it at 100, but I did make a good run 12.45@119 pretty good considering..... That was with a 2.1xx 60'

Ditch whatever tires you are using at the track for some NITTO'S 355R or BFG DRAG RADIALS and you should be in the 1.76 to 1.90 range which will bring down your ET'S, you definitely will be amazed by how much improvement drag radials could do for you !

Do they make drag radials that will fit on my Stock Size HREs? The only 18" drag ridial I know of is something like a 355.

bfg 315/35/17 will fit on a 17x9.5 wheel (real cheap used). I'm getting 1.64 sec 60 ft times with a supercharger at 2000 rpm launch
