I have friend going to San Diego on Friday. He is looking to rent a Vette while he and his wife are in San Diego. Can someone please let us know who to contact? Thank you in advance!

Try this link:

I was thinking about it years ago, but never did, I have no idea of the cost, but I am sure it is expensive!

They can contact Rent A Vette - San Diego. Their number is 1 800 627-0808 or their web site is www.bnm.com/ravsd.html.

They charge about $300 a day or $1,400 by the week.

I've seen places like this in San Diego. Not cheap to rent a Vette.

You could always try calling around to your generic rental car places and see what they have in stock....

When I was in Orlando (12/2004), Enterprise had a Black Corvette Convertable for rent. I didn't check the rate.

Before I bought my '04 last year my wife was going to rent me a Vette for a day on my birthday. The cost was going to be $500 and it allowed only 100 miles. There was an additional fee for each mile >100. Very expensive and definitely wasn't something we were willing to spend that kind of money on. Good like finding a decent price.

This was the price in FL a year ago before I had mine. The wife checked into it for me and thankfully decided it was too much $!

I too have seen several at various Enterprise locations around here. Check with them to see if they might have one that could save you some money.

I wonder if anyone has rented a Vette and taken it to a DE event. You would save alot of wear and tear on your own car?
