Exactly what I was thinking, they probably used the last RO for the mileage instead of the mileage at this visit. Happens quite frequently, especially when the mileage in undertimined.
I wouldn't worry about it, maybe call and verify it but don't loose any sleep over it.
Bingo we have a winner/ They set the new cluster to the wrong milage.
I'd be pissed for sure. What do they think they are doing anyway. If they do something like that they should tell you that they have done it before you go ballistic when you find out on your own. Keep us posted.

Not trying to argue but Dealers do not do Cluster repairs, thet are sublet to repair centers. We just R&R them, more than likely since he knows how many miles are on it now the cluster was ordered with the last mileage and it was swapped out not repaired thus thhe mileage difference. We tell them what the mileage is so if his initial visit was at 31k that is what it will read, they have no idea how many mileage is on it now.
Again this is speculation on what may have happened but we are having major issues with clusters right now on several lines so if it was ordered this explains it.
No big deal in my opinion. I would only be concerned if somehow it would show tampering on a carfax in the future and in your situation it won't. Don't worry be happy.
