Well today I sent the day with ECS (I felt like a reporter writing a documentary on them - I was there for 5 hours) watching them put in my 4.10 gerars. I have to say the entire team (I use the word team too because they all work together) is a great bunch of guys.
They got my car in on time and finished in the amount of hours they said they would. Chris took me out afterwards and showed me how to drive the car with the new gears until they were broken in. Doug let me watch over his shoulder while he worked on the gears and Mark and John always had a few good comments (btw - Mark thanks for showing me around my car while you were working on it).
Overall they made me feel like it was my 100 purchase from them when in reality it was only my first, but not my last (yes Chris I am buying the headers).

BTW - Doug your tree was nasty.....
