Perfect setting - ricer story
Just now: After a long commute home from PA this evening I decided to take a back road and enjoy some quiet scenery. Of course, Mr. Ricer Acura would have none of that unfortunately. Long story short, I’m generally a very conservative driver so this is a little out of character. Two lane road, narrows to one lane 300 yards beyond a light that has just turned yellow. Ricer in left lane, me in right lane - both stopped. Once the light turns green we both get on it and I dust him before I even get out of first gear. No problem getting over before I run out of lane. Never broke the speed limit. – Perfect!
I had my top down so I had to wave goodbye to him.
Couldn’t wait to tell you guys.
I don’t know if I can go back to my conservative ways now that the toothpaste is out of the tube. I think my car is bad azz.

Not a "kill" story since he stayed within the speed limit. He just got to the one-lane part of the road ahead of the Acura.

You have to do things like this sometimes in order to ensure an orderly flow of traffic when the road narrows.

you tought that young man a lesson! If only I could teach that Cobra driver that whooped my butt the other day a similar lesson. Maybe after some more mods. Keep it safe out there and enjoy your corvettes.

Well since we have a ricer thread going, this months Road & Track tells a great story about one.
Seems a couple in Vancouver had a Honda Civic and it was stolen. Six weeks later the cops catch the kid who stole it. He'd put high-dollar wheels on it, a $7,000 stereo, Recaro seats and a new paint job on it.
But he never changed the license plates!
The owners were delighted!

Not a bad way to get "mods!"
