That's the second worst mods I've seen on a Vette, the guy's goin down the road thinking "I'm cool". 
First place still goes to one I saw back in the '80's, some guy had done the low rider routine to a 70's vette, skinny tires, jacked up in the front, lowered in the back, now that guy needed killin'

I love vets, but that one needs to be drove off a cliff to be put out of its misery. WTH is that guy thinking. If he has that much cash he should be paper cut with it from head to toe for even thinking to do that.
