Cleaning out some work computer files this morning, and I ran across a picture that the seller of my Z06 sent me before I bought it from him. I compared it to a picture I snapped last summer, and realized that..
a) ...just a few basic exterior modifications can really change the look of a car. Changed the wheels, brakes, emblems, and lights.
b) ...the Electron Blue paint color really shifts a lot in different lighting. Bright sun is my friend. LOL
Now, I just need winter to go away so I can drive her. First pic is from December of 2017, and the second picture is from July of 2018.

Pretty amazing transformation from then to now. The wheels made a HUGE difference in the look!
Maxx those appear to be the Recaro Sportster CS. Can you confirm? Would love to hear details about installation/hardware. Do you have them on sliders? Were you able to keep the recline adjuster *****? How is height compared to stock? I'm 6'2" 185lbs and want to make sure I have room for a helmet. Had factory Recaros in my old Evo X and they were amazing even for long trips.
Traded wheels/tires today. I couldn't take the full chrome anymore. I also dislike fake rivets, but one step at a time, I guess. I still think the stock Z wheels look the best on these cars. I removed the side moldings the other day, too. I'll hopefully be getting to go to town on the paint soon. The weather is getting nicer, so I was hoping to be able to this weekend, but we're supposed to get snow again.
