I am communicating with RotorPros about this and have sent this pic to them. It is not brake dust. It can sit without having been driven and totally clean. Whenever water comes in contact with the rotors, I'm getting this black mess all over them. The pic shows them relatively clean because I wiped the water off after it rained yesterday. If I hadn't, they would be covered in black spots. I haven't heard back from them yet. Any idea what this is?
