those are ccw wheels, completecustomewheels.com i think dont quote me on that. but if your looking for a similar style look into some Fikse Fm-10's or the profil-10's , some bbs rg-r (i think), some kenesis mesh type, or some Hre wheels (weak and very heavy plus seriously overpriced). good luck

WRONG - HRE's are NOT weak - it is a Internet spoof (read the previous posts re this.
As to price - you get what you pay for.
As to CCW - see the Forum Vendors that are listed to the left.

That's Jim's vette (CF member CAJUNY2KC5) and those are CCW Classics as previously posted. The wheels are not chromed but rather highly polished. Here's Complete Custom Wheel's website: http://www.ccwheel.com/files/home.php
..........but most of them have rivets........
If I remember right, I think they had one similar with out the rivets!
For the record, they're not rivets, they are stage 8 bolts, and you can choose if you want polished nuts or not. The reason you see these on the CCW Classic wheel is they are a true 3 piece wheel. The outer 'hoops' are welded together, and the center section is bolted to the hoop, which for racing is nice as if the wheel is damaged, you simply unbolt it, and replace the 'hoop'.
The Classics run about $495/ea, polished (as pictured) with center caps and lugs.
Those will go with your engine compartment nicely!
I went with the Z06 chromes. Brown is scheduled to heft them to my door this Friday. Cost was sort of an issue, but I never found exactly what I was looking for and always liked the Z06's....so that's that.
I'm a clean freak and toothbrushing 300 rivets would have put me over the edge.

Where'd you buy and how much did they set you back?
