You might give the following from C5 Tech Tips a try: Possible remedy for a stuck window.
Otherwise, you'll most likely need to replace the window regulator and motor assembly. Good luck.

This has happened to me a couple of times and the technique listed in the link has worked for me every time. Now I make sure I lower the passenger window every time I get in the car. I haven't had any problem since.

Not to hijack this thread but my window goes down and up but the door will not unlock using the key fob 
or the control on the drivers side. I have to manulaay flip the lever.

Common problem with ALL GM cars.
Hold the button in the down position as you slam the door closed. SLAM that door like you're mad at it. With any luck the window will start working again for a while.
