Ding...ding...ding...???
i was out making a few runs in the c5 the other day when for some inexplicable reason the door chime started going off. nothing was out of the ordinary, except for that, so i don't have the foggiest idea why it would happen. i just got off the freeway and was making a right turn when all of a sudden i hear, ding, ding, ding, ding, about 10 times. then it went away. door wasn't open, trunk wasn't open, the display didn't say anything. what the hell happened? has this happened to any of you?

This hasn't happened in my vette but has in my chevy pickup. I had turned on the on ramp on the interstate with my blinker on but didn't turn the steering wheel enough to have it click off. Going down the interstate I start hearing the chime. Didn't have a clue what it was, looked down and saw the blinker was on, turned it off and chime went away. Looked it up in the owners manual and I think if it stays on like 30 sec or so the chime will come on.
