As long as you put the wheels back on in the same spot, everything will work fine, if they put the wheels on a different location than it was with the EMT's then you will have to retrain them.

You're going to love the D3's too. 
The only reason I'm not running them now is because Goodyear doesn't offer them in anything larger than 275/18.
