Default Bought the Corsa......A Good Deal? Got a Picture now!

Partly because of this thread (and the price i found), the majority seems to like Corsa sound and low resonance, i purchased a set of Tiger Shark - Pace on Ebay. Think i got a good deal for $500. They were on a '03 with less than 1K miles. Going to put them on my 2000 Vette.
Pictures show very good condition and the price was partly because they did not have the second pipe that goes over the axles but should be able to handle that with no problem.
Hope they sound as good as i have heard here and probably would have bought them just for the great looks. Had a set of KBD's on my C4 convertible and they were the best sound i have heard in a car since the 50-60's but hard to hear till i got into overdrive on the freeway - great around town.
Hope the Corsa's will be a good compromise.....
Thanks for all your helpful comments here......

That's a good deal - like you said, you should be able to get the other piece of pipe made for you.

Great price. I just installed the same set, Pace/Tiger. The sound (for me) is awesome. I was afrad they may be too loud, but did not want to spend $ and have it too quiet. Glad that I went with them. The Corsa web site has a spot where you can listen to the sound, very helpful. I have 01 6 sp and they perform as advertised, quiet until you press it a little. Very nice. I did not get the cross over pipe and do have a "burble" on deceleration , but I have even come to like that also. Hope that is of some help, Of course these are my opinions and the the opinions of management. Denny/Arizona

Great deal. Great product. Now, go on out and enjoy the difference (over stock) that they will make for your ride. Cheers.

[QUOTE=dwilcox] . Very nice. I did not get the cross over pipe and do have a "burble" on deceleration , but I have even come to like that also.

Denny: Even if you had the x-pipe you would probably still have burble and popping on deacceleration. I have the Corsa x-pipe and I have some of it. Corsa says the x-pipe will only reduce the burble, not necessarily eliminate it. Dan
