Here's a couple pics of my purple 98. It is a very pretty color IMHO. I have yet to see another purple one around socal.

on the build sheet it says: RADAR BLUE
on the window sticker it says: PACE CAR PURPLE


both are correct.

What's even more confusing is a few that have taken the decals off
the 98' Pace Cars and throw on some 2000-2004 chrome wheels. There
is one around here that has done just that.

Here are a couple of photos of our purple '98 roadster. One is a shot of it on the Oregon coast and the other is from our trip back to Bowling Green for the 50th when we ran into an "almost" twin.

It was way too crowded for my tastes, but the park was done up very well. A lot of really cool things to look at

Visually there is not a lot that you can tell on them. The biggest give away is whether or not there is a key hole on the passenger side door. If there is a key hole, then it must be older than 2000

Also, if it has the factory wagon wheels it's a '97 -'99.

plus, medium purple pearl was a '98 only color (so was Radar Blue)
