Well, there was a big Merry Christmas grin on her face...
Glad it went to a good home...

Time to get the new ZO6!
When I deploy I miss the heck out of my vette, I couldn't imagine not having one period. Hope that is fixed soon for you.

Jim, go out and buy a nice used Lambo... It will take your mind right off of your old car.

Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

Hi ice -
Wow man - that had to have been very tough, after all you and your wife have seen and done in that beautiful car.
I am happy to have seen that car evolve ofver the last 4 years.
I am sure your next one will do it justice.
Merry Christmas.

At least it went to a good home and opened up the possibilities for you to get something newer and start modding all over again.

Congratulations, and congrats to the new owners. The happiest day in a Corvette owners life is the day they buy it and when you do sell them, it's a bitter sweet one. I for one know the blood, (literally), sweat (no doubt about) and tears (probably Heather's) that went into your car. Just remember that no matter where that car goes, as long as it is sporting that paint job, any Forum member who sees it will say "WOW, That's ICEBURGH'S ride"!

[QUOTE=YO-EL]No vette, and a Pens fan....
Sad day indeed!!
QUOTE]
Actually no... I had a smile on my face when I went to the bank and the Pens found money for a new home. Better days on the way.
Thanks to everyone who has helped over the years with problems
The new owners are planning on going to teh CI and will be showing the car at local events. They do plan on driving it much more than I did.
It was tough and Heather was crying after the fact but I have always said the fun part was building the car to what I wanted and also the freinds we have made from all over the country and all over the world through the Corvette Community
