This had a 468 (454 bored .030 over), TH400, Hooker headers and Thrush mufflers. Which, for England, was really radical...

Limo Black tint all round, slammed (for a Merc) and fuzzy dice from the rear view mirror - and of course, 2 x 15inch subs out back.

Thrush mufflers!!!

Is that 454 a Mercedes engine?? That must have been smoooothhhh!!

It's a good thing this was a few years ago... those wheels look hauntingly close to the wheels on my previous dailer driver '04 Chevy Impala!!

Neat pics... Closest we've come to England was a visit to Paris last year. We'll make it there someday!

Stephen,

You are insane!

I love to read your threads to see the crazy "poop" that comes up next. I could use some other stuff for my car if you can get it for free!?

Stock stuff for free is not too painful (per say); I gave away a ton of stock stuff last year (some of which I had to buy back ). http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...m_id=53&arch=1

But performance stuff for free (or even cheap) - I would be happy to accept any offers of generosity

I made the assumption but thought, "No way... a 454 Chevy in a Mecedes? No way..."

Should know by now that EG will find a "way"!!

Cool, way cool!! Would love to see that car...!! I'm sure you have pics? Yes? I'll pm my e-mail adress. Thanks EG...

It has been done - but why add a big iron block to the nose of a C5 when you can get the same results with slightly less cubic inches under pressure

4.31 x 4.31 x 4.00 x .7854 x 8 = 466.8694

Bet you got some funny looks driving that thing around the Island.
Works for me.
