It sounds like b.s. to me but I have never used the product. I went to their website and looked for guarantees, etc. I found this. I guess its buyer beware.

We cannot accept any item that has been used.

All returns must have a copy of the original invoice and an TouchUp 123 Return Authorization number. Call TouchUp 123 to obtain the RA number. Any package received without an RA number will be refused.
All returns should be made via UPS. Final Touch will not accept any packages that are not delivered directly to TouchUp 123.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your TouchUp 123 product, simply call us with the issue and we will work out a solution immediately.

I've been to the web site a few times and it seems the this is only a cover up type product and not a "fix or repair". The three "other methods" mentioned on the site - body shop- air brush - blob touch-up none of which except the body shop would appeal to any vette owner. The blob repair and air brush methods mentioned fall short in the application method required to repair the spot. Just remember the rock (bolder to me) that strikes our cars may leave a slight rise in the paint (plus the white spot in the center) which will have to be sanded down. Just remember if it's worth doing do it right and to do it right will either cost you bucks or a little hard work.

Their guarantee is a JOKE. Its basically designed to screw the end user. I wouldnt get anywhere near a company that doesnt stand behind their product.

I have used 'touchup 123' I have a torch red coupe and on the small chips it worked very good. You send them your color and they send you the exact color for your vehicle. I suggest you contact them by e-mail. They usually answer your questions within 30 minutes. Great customer service also. They also have a paint blob eliminator available.

I have no experience with this product, but I have touched up some chips and gouges on my wife's Jag with paintscratch.com paint and it was a perfect match and worked great.

In reading the info on the 123 site, the thought ocurred to me that it's basically the same kind of touch up paint you can get elswhere, only they are providing you with detailed "technique" info, which is more than half the art of touch up repairs, anyway.

The kit may be terrific, but again, I have no experience with it.
