lowering my c5
just inherited my fathers c5 and plan to put a cam, longtube headers, and weld cutouts in all as my first mod. after that the next order of business is to lower the car since it looks 100 X better. Can anyone tell me how long the process takes and or how you did it to yours! ty for your time!

Not long at all. Dont even really have to jack the back. I've done the process a lot of times. So I got it down to a science: For me 5 minutes on the back, 5 minutes per wheel on the front. For the first time, I'd say give yourself an hour. Remember, it's easiest for the front wheels to come off, relieve the pressure on the leaf spring with a big size socket on top of a jack. There are tons of write-ups on this forum. Do a search or I am sure someone will be along to point you too it. If you were local, I'd do it for ya.
