The Grond Chronicles : EG's Cruise In VII Pictures [Dialup: excruciating agony]
Here are my Cruise In VII Pictures and Videos. I will annotate them tomorrow.

This was at 6:45am on Wednesday
Stopped to hook up with Well Adjusted and others
Yes, you are seeing correctly. Stangkiller locked his keys in the rescue vehicle!!!!
So now the black guy and the college kid are jimmying the Surburban in Tifton, GA...
Serious help is needed to get Grond onto any transport system
Oil everywhere - though it's hard to see

I love the Kentucky cruises... soo cool...
Ike makes a wrong turn and ends up almost driving into a lake !!!

So... here we are again... broken down and waiting for AAA
Really cool roadside response guy brought us water and inquired if we were OK
AAA came and got us
And loaded up the lowered Vette without touching !!
This AAA guy is a Pro !!
StuzVette pulls up - with camera in hand to take pictures of the unfortunates...

Finally after almost 3 hours, got Stangkiller's Vette on the UHaul
345 rear wheels with offset outboard are too wide for UHaul...
Luckily he did not sustain any wheel damage...
Deja Vu....
On the way home
Moved Grond out of Stangkiller's garage and preparing to get his car in his garage.
FactoryRaceCar dropped by (from Missouri!!!!) and hung out with us for the rest of the day
Even though I am not a fan of non-popups, I love how his car looks !!!!

All in all it was an excellent trip. It took us longer to get there and longer to get back than anticipated - and we now have some repairs to do - but I would not have missed Cruise In for the world.
